Ukrainian forces target 3 Russian boats with soldiers in south

Natalia Humeniuk, spokesperson for the Southern Defense Forces of Ukraine, reported this during a telethon.

"Minus 5 large-caliber guns over the past day. This is a powerful result of the Defense Forces. 18 neutralized soldiers and three more boats targeted, on which they tried to maneuver among the islands and set up their observation posts. One of these points was also destroyed," the spokesperson said.

According to her, the Russian forces have launched a campaign to shell Nova Kakhovka.

"The situation remains quite tense, as the enemy has not abandoned its plans to continue terrorizing the population of the right bank, and as yesterday's situation showed, very heavy fire terror of the left bank is being added," added Humeniuk.

She also emphasized that all the facts of enemy terror have been documented, and the evidence base has been provided to state the fact of Russian terrorism.

• As a reminder, on September 15, the Russian army dropped a guided aerial bomb on a residential area of the temporarily occupied Nova Kakhovka. One person was killed and 12 were injured.

• Over the past day on September 15, the Russian army lost 4 tanks, 16 artillery systems and 350 soldiers.
