Ukrainian Air Force Command spokesman Yuriy Ignat said that Russian army has identified Ukrainian targets for destruction

"The Russian army identified targets at the very beginning of the aggression. The aggressor has a list of targets - critical infrastructure, state and government structures, the fuel and energy sector, hydrotechnical structures, power plants and transport infrastructure," Ignat said.
The Air Force Command spokesperson also emphasized that our air defense needs to be strengthened, and our Western partners realize this and are taking certain steps.
