The Cabinet of Ministers and other governments are already looking for a legal mechanism to transfer the seized gold and foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation to Ukraine.
"Western governments have already seized the foreign exchange reserves of the central bank of the Russian Federation - 415 billion dollars. This amount is enough to cover these direct one-time losses.
