Russia pounds Sloviansk thermal power plant in Donetsk region with 5 missiles

Volodymyr Proskunin, deputy head of the Mykolaivl Military Administration, said this in a commentary to Suspilne Donbas.

According to him, the first explosions occurred at Sloviansk TPP of Donbasenergo at 10:35 a.m.

"The shelling damaged a number of facilities on the territory of the plant," Proskunin said.

He clarified that the Russian troops struck with four cluster missiles from Smerch multiple rocket launchers and one high-explosive missile.

There were no reports of casualties as a result of the shelling.
