Russia pounds Sloviansk thermal power plant in Donetsk region with 5 missiles
On Sunday morning, May 5, five missiles were fired at the territory of Sloviansk thermal power plant in Donetsk region. Several facilities at the plant were damaged

Volodymyr Proskunin, deputy head of the Mykolaivl Military Administration, said this in a commentary to Suspilne Donbas.
According to him, the first explosions occurred at Sloviansk TPP of Donbasenergo at 10:35 a.m.
"The shelling damaged a number of facilities on the territory of the plant," Proskunin said.
He clarified that the Russian troops struck with four cluster missiles from Smerch multiple rocket launchers and one high-explosive missile.
There were no reports of casualties as a result of the shelling.
