The Cabinet of Ministers and other governments are already looking for a legal mechanism to transfer the seized gold and foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation to Ukraine.
"Western governments have already seized the foreign exchange reserves of the central bank of the Russian Federation - 415 billion dollars. This amount is enough to cover these direct one-time losses. We hope that soon together with other governments we will find a legal mechanism. money to Ukraine for restoration and compensations", - Denis Kudin told.
On March 11, Oleg Ustenko, the president's economic adviser, said that half of Russia's GDP would go to rebuilding Ukraine.
