Russian strike on Ukraine’s Kharkiv leaves 12 injured

Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported the attack took place in the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv. By 1:20 p.m., three people were confirmed injured. Later, Oleh Syniehubov, head of the region, confirmed there were now ten injured — nine men and one woman.
Among the men, the youngest is 18 years old and in serious condition. Four of the men were hospitalized, while the woman suffered an acute stress reaction.
By 2:30 p.m., Mayor Terekhov reported that 12 people had been injured in the attack. The explosion occurred around 1:15 p.m.
- On Monday evening, November 18, Russian forces struck the town of Hlukhiv in the Sumy region. At least 10 people were killed, with several injured, including children.
