Russian State Duma invents plan to "save" Putin from prosecution in The Hague
Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin has called for a ban on the activities of the International Criminal Court in Russia
Volodin wrote about this on Telegram.
"It is necessary to develop amendments to the legislation that prohibit any activity of the ICC on the territory of our country, as well as to provide for responsibility for assisting and supporting the ICC," Volodin wrote.
He also called for the signing of bilateral agreements with the so-called friendly to Russia countries that would provide for the refusal to deal with the ICC.
"It is important to organize work on concluding bilateral agreements with friendly countries that provide for mutual refusal to cooperate and assist the ICC," Volodin added.
