Russian forces destroy all Kherson's critical infrastructure before fleeing - Zelenskyy

“Before fleeing from Kherson, the occupiers destroyed all critical infrastructure - communications, water, heat, electricity supply… The Russian forces everywhere have the same goal - maximum abuse of people. But we will restore everything. Believe me. Although it will take time, it is already clear to everyone  - the result will be ours, the Ukrainian one,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said. 

• On November 11, a video of the Ukrainian military installing yellow and blue flags in Kherson appeared on the Internet. This is confirmed by the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine's Ministry of Defense.

• On Friday, November 11, the broadcast of Ukrainian television resumed in Kherson.

• On November 12, OC South reported that advanced units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reached the right bank of the Dnipro River in the Kherson region.  

• The Institute for the Study of War predicted that the Ukrainian military will quickly take control of the settlements on the right bank of the Dnipro River in the Kherson region, as the Russian troops are unable to hold them.
