"Extremely hard situation, many wounded": 110th Brigade spokesman on Pokrovsk direction
Ivan Sekach, the head of the public relations service of the 110th Detached Mechanized Brigade, said that the situation in the Pokrovsk sector is very difficult, Russian forces are attacking around the clock, using equipment and numerous troops
He said this on the Espreso TV channel.
‘The enemy does not slow down its attempts to advance in the Pokrovsk sector. There are constant attacks in the direction of the city of Pokrovsk. In particular, in the direction of the settlements of Hirnyak and Selydove. It is in this direction that the occupying Russian forces are trying to advance. The landscape plays an important role here. Before Pokrovsk there was a relative plain. Now the fighting is taking place on slopes and heights, which allows us to slow down the enemy's advance a little. In general, we can say that the Russian forces are constantly attacking. It is very difficult for us, to be honest, we have many wounded,’ said Sekach.
The spokesman stressed that the Russian forces are conducting assault operations with numerous personnel.
‘The enemy continues to use equipment and many personnel. They have now returned to the tactic of attacking in groups of 4. Earlier they attacked in groups of two,’ he added.
