Russia builds strategic reserves, signaling military plans beyond Ukraine — Ukraine's FM

 Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported this in Telegram.

“According to our intelligence, Russia has started preparing strategic reserves, which means plans for combat operations beyond Ukraine. Our allies need full diplomatic mobilization to stop this war,” the minister said.

He also emphasized that Vladimir Putin only understands force, “so it is now crucial to timely apply sanctions, using them as economic weapons to pressure Russia.”

“Now is the time to restart the process of recognizing Russia as a terrorist state. Moscow’s response to our peaceful proposals and collective peace efforts has been escalation and terror,” Sybiha stressed.

• Earlier, Ukrainian FM said that Russia could be forced into a just peace only if the sanctions pressure was significantly increased and Ukraine's defense capabilities were strengthened.
