UK intelligence chief Richard Moore says he sees "no evidence" Russian leader Vladimir Putin is interested in negotiating for peace with Ukraine

Reuters reports the statement from the head of the British intelligence service.
According to Moore, the Kremlin leader wants to achieve Ukraine’s complete capitulation.
He also said that Putin has "bitten off more than he can chew" and has underestimated the Ukrainians in the war he started.
