Russia launches MLRS attack on village in Donetsk region, killing 11-year-old child
An 11-year-old boy died as a result of the Russian attack on the village of Bohatyr, Donetsk region, with a Smerch MLRS. His mother and 6-year-old brother were injured

The National Police of Ukraine reports.
It is noted that the killed boy turned 11 years old only two days ago. His 31-year-old mother and younger brother were hospitalized with multiple injuries.
"Russia attacked the village with Smerch MLRS. Nine hits on the residential sector were recorded. The White Angel group was working at the scene of the attacks," the statement reads.
In addition, 20 private houses, a church, a school, civilian cars and the power grid were damaged.

On Friday, October 13, the Russian army attacked the town of Pokrovsk in Donetsk region. The shelling resulted in one death and 24 injuries.
