Russia launches 70 missiles at Ukraine, 58 of them destroyed
The Air Force spokesman Yuriy Ihnat says that yesterday, December 29, 13 strategic bombers have been targeting Ukraine
He shared the information with Espreso TV.
"There is updated information about yesterday's massive strike on Ukraine. The enemy fired 70 missiles, 58 of them were destroyed. Not only the Air Force repels air targets. Air defense of Ground Forces, air assault troops, Territorial Defense Forces destroy air targets," explained Ihnat.
According to him, each Russian bomber can carry 8 missiles.
"Yesterday 13 aircraft were launched at Ukraine, each plane can carry a maximum of 8 missiles. It amounts to 104 missiles plus 20 Kalibrs that have been stored at 3 Russian carriers in the Black Sea. A maximum of 120 missiles with potential carriers could have been launched at Ukraine. The enemy usually launches fewer missiles from strategic bombers," Ihnat added.
