On land, in the air, at sea: Zelenskyy says Ukraine is building new security system
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskнy has told the Ambrosetti Forum that Ukraine is building a security system to push Russia toward peace
He reported this on his Telegram channel.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy joined the international economic forum Ambrosetti online.
In his address, he noted that despite Russia’s attempts to prolong the war, Ukraine has already begun building a security system that could push Russia toward peace.
“I cannot reveal all the details now — many are very sensitive and relate to the military sphere. But we are preparing forces — on land, in the air, and at sea — that, simply by following the plan, will pressure Russia to end the war,” Zelenskyy clarified.
The President called it a major shift that 26 countries from the Coalition of the Willing expressed readiness to provide Ukraine with real security support.
“These are strong countries, and Italy, of course, is among them. President Trump confirmed that America is ready to take part. In the coming weeks, we will discuss with each country what exactly they can do. And it is important that security guarantees start working now, during the war, not only after it ends,” he emphasized.
