Front opening in Vovchansk and Lyptsi somewhat pulled some Russian forces away from the Kupyansk direction," noted Besedin.

The head of the Kupyansk military administration also added that the heroic defenders of Ukraine are holding on, fighting back and destroying the Russian invaders, their manpower, and equipment.

"The military administration and the Kupyansk town council are trying to be a reliable rear and support by providing our defenders with FPV drones," emphasized Besedin.
