Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko shared an update.
He noted that there are three children among the 23 victims. There are also people who are still in serious condition.
“Today, 23 victims of the attack on Kyiv on July 8 are undergoing inpatient treatment in Kyiv's medical institutions. Three of them are children. Out of 20 adults, two are in serious condition,” Klitschko wrote.
