Russia loses 1,150 soldiers, two combat vehicles, tank in one day of war in Ukraine

Russia's total combat losses from February 24, 2022, to October 18, 2025, are approximately:

• armored combat vehicles – 23,396 (+2);
• artillery systems – 33,789 (+41);
• MLRS – 1,522 (+2);
• air defense systems – 1,228 (+0);
• aircraft – 428 (+1);
• helicopters – 346 (+0);
• tactical-level UAVs – 71,523 (+498);
• cruise missiles – 3,864 (+0);
• ships/boats – 28 (+0);
• submarines – 1 (+0);
• vehicles and fuel tanks – 64,672 (+131);
• special equipment – 3,978 (+0).

The data is being clarified.

• On Friday, October 17, the Russian Federation shot down its own Su-30SM aircraft, which was on a mission over the temporarily occupied Crimea.
