Czech military equipment manufacturer VOP CZ becomes new Ukroboronprom’s partner
On February 6, the state-owned Ukroboronprom military conglomerate has agreed to cooperate with the Czech manufacturer of military equipment VOP CZ

On February 6, Ukraine’s top arms conglomerate and VOP CZ Czech military equipment manufacturer signed documents on cooperation: the priority is the production, repair and joint development of armored vehicles, as well as the creation of supply chains for parts and products.
The agreements with VOP CZ are part of an agreement with the Czech Ministry of Defense to establish a defense cluster in November 2022.
"In general, the cooperation involves the production of military equipment, an increase in the production of ammunition of various calibers (both at existing facilities and at newly created ones in safe locations), the development of service hubs for the maintenance and repair of weapons and military equipment, as well as cooperation in the field of high technology, in particular, the creation of joint research centers," the press service said.

Earlier, Ukroboronprom spokeswoman Natalia Sad said on Espreso TV that the state-owned conglomerate was in the final stages of setting up production of a full line of artillery shells.
