He wrote about this on Twitter.
Geshev said that this is "another hybrid attack on the European community".
"Colleagues from the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office have established that Bulgaria has nothing to do with the explosion of the Crimean bridge. This is another Russian hybrid attack on the European community," he writes.
- On October 8, an explosion occurred on the Crimean Bridge and a fire broke out.
- On October 9, Russian President Vladimir Putin accused Ukrainian special services of blowing up the Crimean bridge.
- The Russian Federal Security Service blamed the explosion on the Crimean Bridge on the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry and announced that it had allegedly detained eight suspects. The FSB claims that in early August, the explosives were sent from Odesa to Bulgaria, from there to Armenia, Georgia, and then to Russia, from where they arrived in occupied Crimea.
