Bakhmut, logistics routes are under control of Ukrainian Armed Forces - Deputy Commander Kudryashov
Deputy commander of the 3rd separate assault brigade, Major Rodion Kudryashov, notes that Russia still intends to capture Bakhmut
He shared the information on Espreso TV.
"The enemy does not abandon its intention to surround and capture Bakhmut and deprive the city of logistics routes. The situation remains tense, but fully controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Currently, the logistics routes and the city are under the control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The defense forces continue to successfully fulfill the tasks of defending this area," noted Kudryashov.
According to the soldier, the density of fire in Bakhmut and on the outskirts of the city remains intense.
"The enemy's attempts to break through have really decreased. But not because the enemy is exhausted, but because the Ukrainian Armed Forces have inflicted such damage to the enemy that the enemy has stopped. There are no operational successes in terms of advancement by the enemy," Kudryashov added.
