Pavlo Kyrylenko, head of the military administration, reports about this..
"Avdiivka is a city that has been almost completely destroyed. Our fortress Bakhmut is also destroyed by more than 80%. In fact, the situation is relatively the same along the entire front line - the enemy, unable to capture these cities, uses the well-known "scorched earth" tactics, where it uses all types of weapons to destroy all infrastructure and civilians," said the head of the region.
The activation of Russian troops, namely shelling and offensive, is observed in the Bakhmut direction.
"The Avdiivka and Vuhledar sectors are February hot spots. I can say for sure that the enemy's offensive continues. However, the plans they set and then postpone are not being fulfilled. We are doing everything to not only stop the enemy, but also to continue liberating the territory of Donetsk region with an appropriate strategic approach," Kyrylenko added.
There are plans to liberate the territories of Donetsk region, including those occupied since 2014.
