Zelenskyy tells Dutch Prime Minister Rutte about escalation risk at front and asks for support
On January 3, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte and talked about the risk of escalation at the front
President reported this on his Telegram.
"I had a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte. I talked about the risk of escalation at the front and potential challenges, as well as our defense needs for an adequate response," Zelenskyy wrote.
"We are counting on concrete steps by our partners to maximally strengthen Ukraine at the nearest Ramstein," he added.
Additional information: Ukraine Defense Contact Group, or "Ramstein" platform (after the name of the meeting place airbase) is a meeting of international allies who support the defense of Ukraine in war with Russia. Currently, it unites defense ministers of more than 50 countries.

On January 3, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, at which, in particular, monetary support and bonuses for the military were discussed.
