He said this in an interview with AP.
"Zelenskyy remains concerned that upheaval in the Middle East, the most violent in decades, threatens to take global attention and resources away from Ukraine’s ability to defend itself," the statement reads.
According to him, Ukrainians realize that they must also fight for attention to the full-scale war.
"We already can see the consequences of the international community shifting (attention) because of the tragedy in the Middle East. Only the blind don’t recognize this. We must not allow people to forget about the war here," the president added.
- Zelenskyy also stated that the war with Russia has entered a new phase. In addition, the head of state is pleased that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are not retreating from Russian troops.
