"You can't make us fight. You can't tear us apart. Never again!" – Duda appeals to Moscow in his address

President of Poland Andrzej Duda assured that his country will always support free Ukraine outside of political disputes

This is reported by Espreso TV.

In his statement, Andrzej Duda emphasized that great nations can come together at crucial moments in history. He believes that Poland and Ukraine are great nations with a shared history, culture, and a promising future. Despite the significant differences that separate them, they are not afraid to address the most difficult topics of their common history. Duda cited their joint visit to the cemeteries in Lviv as an example of how they can build relations based on truth and mutual trust.

Duda acknowledged that invaders and opponents had attempted to divide them in the past and were still trying to do so.

"That is why from here we are sending a clear message to Moscow: you can’t make us fight. You can’t tear us apart. Never again!" declared the President of Poland.

He pledged Poland's unwavering support for a free Ukraine.

"Poland's backing for a free Ukraine has, is, and will always remain above political disagreements, regardless of which political party holds power, be it left or right. This solidarity was evident during the Orange Revolution when the then-president Alexander Kwasniewski was among the prominent figures supporting Ukraine. The same support was shown during Kaczyński's presidency and the Revolution of Dignity. Presently, as Ukraine undergoes trying times, Poland's commitment to Ukraine remains unwavering. You defend the independence of your Motherland. With weapons in your hands. This commitment to Ukraine will continue in the future,” said the Polish president.
