The Voice of America reported the information.

Kamala Harris stated that her support for the people of Ukraine remains unwavering. She expressed pride in standing alongside Ukraine and affirmed that she would continue to support the country and work towards its victory in the war.

According to the U.S. presidential candidate, she will “ensure Ukraine's victory in this war.”

Kamala Harris stated that Putin's aggression is not only an attack on the people of Ukraine but also a strike against fundamental principles like sovereignty and territorial integrity. She emphasized that international rules and norms are not abstract concepts; they ensure order and stability in the world. According to her, these rules support American security and prosperity, and when they are threatened in one place, they are threatened everywhere.

The Vice President also emphasized that the United States supports Ukraine not for charitable purposes, but because it is in its strategic interests.

According to the Presidential Administration, Volodymyr Zelenskyy showed Kamala Harris the "victory plan."

“It is crucial for us to be fully understandable and to work in full coordination with the United States. This morning, I talked to the Congressmen – both chambers, both parties. And I’m thankful for the bipartisan support. We believe this war can be won and just peace can be closer only with the United States,” Zelenskyy said.

President Zelenskyy spoke about the current situation on the battlefield, the operation in the Kursk region, and Russian attacks on Ukrainian energy.

Zelenskyy also called for strengthening Ukraine's air defense and increasing pressure on Russia.
