Finnish outlet Yle reported the information on August 14.
Stubb noted that Ukraine has every right to advance into the Kursk region to defend itself, given that Russia regularly attacks the Ukrainian capital and occupies many Ukrainian territories.
He also added that Ukraine can use Finnish-provided weapons on Russian territory.
"We have no restrictions on the types of weapons Ukraine can use or how they are used. The key point is that Ukraine has every right to defend itself within the framework of international law," Stubb said.
