Orbán: Trump-Putin summit "delayed, but will still happen"

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán says that a meeting between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian dictator Vladimir Putin remains on the agenda. At the same time, he commented on the Ukraine-Russia peace talks

He said this in an interview with ATV.

"What is delayed will still happen. Just not when we want it, but a little later," Orbán said, emphasizing that the summit remains on the agenda.

At the same time, the head of the Hungarian government believes that the negotiations between Kyiv and Moscow are at a dead end, as Russia wants to seize the entire Donetsk region before a possible peace agreement is concluded.

In addition, Orbán claims that he saw the documents of the Istanbul Agreements of 2022. He says that it was allegedly close to success, but the agreement was "disrupted by the Anglo-Saxons."
