This was reported by representatives of the WHO, according to Sky News.
"Given the uncertainty of the current situation, there is no guarantee that the situation will not get worse", said WHO Regional Director for Europe Hans Kluge.
According to him, the WHO is considering all scenarios and taking contingency measures for various situations that the people of Ukraine could suffer from, from continued treatment of mass casualties to chemical attacks. Kluge did not provide further details.
