In an interview with Time, Trump criticized the decision to allow Ukraine to use Western long-range weapons to target Russia, adding that “that should not have been allowed to be done.”

“It's crazy. I disagree very vehemently with sending missiles hundreds of miles into Russia. Why are we doing that? We're just escalating this war and making it worse,” Trump said.
When asked whether he plans to withdraw his support for Ukraine, Trump responded that he “wants to reach an agreement,” emphasizing that “the only way is not to abandon.”
