"We receive information": Zelenskyy says Putin plans to start war in Balkans
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine has information about Russia's intentions to start a war in the Balkans. The Kremlin will do it if the world does not intervene
A video of Zelenskyy's statement was posted on the YouTube channel of the President's Office.
According to him, Russia and its ally Iran are behind the events in the Middle East.
"Pay attention to the Balkans. Believe me, we have information. Russia has a long plan. The Middle East, the second distraction will be the Balkans. After all, if the partners do not do something now, then there will be an explosion there again, and again - this will not be a new story. Their relations have been in crisis for a long time. Therefore, Russia will invest today in making one Balkan country fight another," the president said.
He also mentioned Moldova, where the Russians are "beginning to shake up the situation" and are interested in "demolishing" the pro-European current government.
In this way, Russia wants to divide the attention of partners and the assistance they provide to countries, Zelenskyy emphasized.
- Earlier, the Dossier analytical center reported that the Kremlin plans to seize Belarus by 2030. The war in Ukraine has slowed down the process of Russia's takeover of Belarus, but has not stopped it.
