Zelenskyy signs law ratifying minerals agreement with U.S.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a law on May 12 ratifying the agreement on mineral resources with the United States

On May 10, the law was signed by the Speaker of Parliament Ruslan Stefanchuk and sent to Zelenskyy for signature.
Today, May 12, the President of Ukraine signed the law on ratification of the agreement on mineral resources with the United States.
- Ukraine and the United States signed an agreement on April 30 to establish an Investment Fund for the Reconstruction of Ukraine.
- The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Foreign Policy supported the ratification of the agreement on cooperation with the United States in the field of mineral resources on May 6 — both as a basis and in general.
- The Verkhovna Rada agreed on Thursday, May 8, to ratify the agreement between Ukraine and the United States regarding mineral resources.
