"Putin wants a humanitarian catastrophe in Ukraine": Zelenskyy meets King Charles III and Starmer in London
On Friday, October 24, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met for the third time this year with Britain’s King Charles III at Windsor Castle. He also held talks with Prime Minister Keir Starmer

Upon Zelenskyy's arrival at the castle, the Ukrainian national anthem was played, and a royal salute was given.
The president is expected to hold talks with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and participate in a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing.
Later, on Downing Street, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a private meeting with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
"Putin wants a humanitarian catastrophe in Ukraine this winter. We are not alone in this situation… from the very beginning of the war, but especially now. Thank you for standing with us," Zelenskyy said, as quoted by Sky News.
Starmer, in turn, assured that London would always stand by Kyiv "as its closest supporter and ally." He also expressed hope that this week progress could be made in lowering the price cap on Russian oil and gas.
Zelenskyy is expected to take part in a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held meetings with his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni ahead of the Coalition of the Willing summit.
