Russia’s Kursk region reports an alleged UAV attack

On Thursday, November 9, the Kursk region of Russia reported that Ukrainian drones allegedly dropped three cluster munitions on a butter plant.

Governor Roman Starovoit wrote about this.

"In Sudzha, a UAV of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a butter plant. Three cluster munitions were dropped. Fortunately, there were no casualties," the statement reads.

He noted that two munitions exploded and damaged production barrels and an underground storage facility. However, one munition did not explode.

Ukrainian Armed Forces begin a new training course in Spain on Hawk air defense systems

Several dozen Ukrainian soldiers have begun training in Spain on the use of the Hawk air defense missile system as part of the European Military Assistance Mission to Ukraine.

This was reported by the Spanish Ministry of Defense.

"As part of Spain's commitment to assist Ukraine in its self-defense capabilities, the Anti-Aircraft Artillery Regiment No. 74 has been reassigned to conduct another training course to train the personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in tasks related to the operation of the Hawk air defense system," the statement said.

Comprehensive theoretical and practical training is being conducted in Dos Hermanas (Seville).

Due to heavy losses of S-400, Russia is forced to redeploy air defense systems from the borders to the front

Following reports of the loss of several Russian S-400 missile systems, Russia may have to redeploy air defense equipment from remote areas to the front.

This was reported by the UK Ministry of Defense.

It noted that Russia's main long-range air defense systems, such as the S-400, are capable of hitting targets at a distance of up to 400 km. They are located in strategically important places, as well as along Russia's borders. This is likely to weaken Russia's air defense position on its periphery.

"The reallocation of strategic air defense assets would further demonstrate how the Ukraine conflict continues to overextend Russia’s military and strains its ability to retain baseline defenses across its vast area," the intelligence service said.

The Defense Intelligence of Ukraine announces a series of new operations in Crimea

Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence, says that preparations are underway for a number of operations similar to the events in Kerch.

He said this on Espreso TV.

"Preparations are underway for a number of operations similar to the events in Kerch. The Russian Black Sea Fleet still has enough carriers of Kalibrs. The attack on the Askold ship is not the only good piece of news. There will be more news in the near future. We use different motivations for communicating with the enemy, including ideological and mercantile ones," Yusov emphasized.

Strike on the Russian base in Skadovsk: several top Russian officers eliminated

On Thursday, November 9, the city of Skadovsk, Kherson region, temporarily occupied by the Russians, was "hot.”

According to the Russian service of Radio Liberty, their correspondent Mark Krutov revealed the geolocation of the strike. It was the Lotus base. The building was allegedly hit by HIMARS.

"The second floor of the building was destroyed, he writes, according to both Russian and Ukrainian sources, several high-ranking Russian officers were killed," the report says.

A powerful explosion occurs in Sevastopol

RBC-Ukraine reported the information, citing the local Krym.Realii Telegram channel and the Russian-appointed head of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhayev.

"A powerful explosion was heard in Sevastopol, which shattered the windows," the report says.

It also noted that ambulance sirens were heard in the central part of the city.

Ukrainian aviation carries out 4 strikes on Russian forces

This was reported by the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

During the day, Ukrainian aviation carried out 4 strikes on concentrations of Russian personnel, weapons and military equipment.

Ukrainian missile units hit 2 Russian control points, 4 artillery pieces and an electronic intelligence station.
