Ukrainian mortars destroy Russian infantry
Mortar gunners of the 109th Separate Mountain Assault Battalion successfully destroyed Russian infantry in one of the directions
They shared it on Facebook, Espreso reports.
"Our mortarmen of the 109th Separate Mountain Assault Battalion of the 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade successfully destroyed the enemy infantry that tried to carry out offensive actions," the message said.
For reference: the 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade is a military unit of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, based in the city of Kolomyia. The brigade was formed in the city of Bila Tserkva on October 1, 2015. The main purpose of the brigade is to conduct combat operations in mountainous and forested areas.
