Ukrainian intelligence representative says when Ukraine will start negotiations with Russia
Military defeats intensify terrorist country's attempts to negotiate with Ukrainian authorities, but they can only take place after liberation of all occupied territories
Vadym Skibitskyi, representative of The Main Directorate of Intelligence of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence, reported it in an interview with German t-online news outlet.
"Our activities in all directions have one goal: complete reconquest of all areas occupied by Russia," Vadym Skibitskyi said. At the end of February, our main forces were in the east of Ukraine. Main battlefield was Donbas, not the south. Then there was Minsk I and Minsk II, and negotiations turned to solving the issue of temporarily occupied Donbas. The result was a new war. Therefore, our goal today is different: first we liberate all the occupied territories, then we conduct negotiations".
According to the Ukrainian intelligence representative, people in Russia begin to understand what is happening. "After Soviet Union invasion in Afghanistan, a decade passed before its collapse. Putin has fewer resources, less power, fewer friends. Change of power may happen sooner", Vadym Skibitskyi said.
