Ukraine’s South Air Command reported this on their official social media page.
“Occupying Russian forces continue to conduct aerial reconnaissance of southern Ukraine using unmanned aerial vehicles. Thus, on March 20, from 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm in the Mykolaiv region, the forces and means of air defense of the South Air Command destroyed two Russian Supercam S350 reconnaissance drones,” the statement says.
The Air Command clarified that such drones conduct aerial photography to create highly detailed digital maps and are also used for remote aerial monitoring of terrain and objects.
