Ukrainian forces explain how events will unfold after liberation of Klishchiivka
Major Rodion Kudriashov, deputy commander of the 3rd Detached Assault Brigade, says that there is an opportunity to liberate Bakhmut from the invading Russian forces
He said this on Espreso TV.
"After liberating Klishchiivka from the occupying Russian troops, a bridgehead was formed. The front line has been leveled, which makes it possible to build logistics routes and communications. Using the heights and settlements under the control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the way to the next steps to liberate Bakhmut is opened," emphasized Kudriashov.
According to the fighter, the Russian enemy is continuing to try to regain its lost ground in the Bakhmut sector.
"Moving to countermeasures, using a large amount of ammunition, the Russian troops are trying to squeeze the Ukrainian Armed Forces out of the liberated positions. However, the enemy's plans are being disrupted. The Ukrainian Armed Forces have the initiative on the front line," emphasized Kudriashov.
