
Ukrainian drone through 1000 km hits Russia’s Murom plant supplying Navy and Air Force
A large-scale fire broke out in the Russian city of Murom, Vladimir region, after a drone strike targeted the Murom Instrumentation Plant, according to Russian reports

According to the outlets, the Murom Instrument-Making Plant, located in Russia's Vladimir region, specializes in manufacturing ammunition ignition devices, as well as components and equipment for the Russian Navy and military aviation.
What Russia says about the attack
“A large fire at an enterprise in Murom. A warehouse is on fire. The area of the fire is 360 square meters. According to preliminary data, there are no casualties,” said Governor Alexander Avdeev.
According to the Russian official, the fire was caused by a falling UAV. Several drones were reportedly detected approaching the area. According to Avdeev, they were suppressed by electronic warfare systems.
“Unmanned aerial vehicles damaged two buildings: one, as previously mentioned, caught fire, but it was localized. The second building sustained minor damage without any fire, and specialists are currently working at the site,” he added.
At the same time, the head of Rosaviatsia wrote about temporary restrictions on the operation of three airports - Ivanovo, Nizhny Novgorod and Yaroslavl - at around 6 a.m. The decision was made to ensure the safety of civilian aircraft.
“The air harbors are temporarily not accepting or sending flights,” the post reads.
An hour later, the official announced the lifting of restrictions on the acceptance and release of aircraft.
