Ukrainian diplomat Deshchytsia discusses continued international support amid Israel conflict
Andriy Deshchytsia, Ukraine's former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Poland, has emphasized the importance of Ukraine proactively securing ongoing international support in light of the recent events in Israel
He shared his opinions with Espreso TV.
"I believe Ukraine should continue its strategy of self-reliance, just as it has been doing since the early days of large-scale aggression. This was evident in the initial days when many doubted Ukraine's ability to withstand the Russian onslaught," he noted.
Deshchytsia further emphasized that Ukraine now faces more challenging tasks. The country must focus on increasing domestic weapons production and allocating more resources to defense and security.
"We should also consider the challenges posed by the world's divided attention, influenced not only by conflicts in other regions but also by ongoing political issues in various countries. Therefore, we must work on how to convince our international partners to continue supporting Ukraine," stressed the diplomat.
