Ukrainian Defence Ministry drone purchase falls short

"The Defense Ministry remains in the same situation regarding drone supply. Volunteers take care of everything relating to reconnaissance and combat drones. All combat drone purchases are private initiatives since they are not yet formally in service with the Ukrainian Armed Forces. As for reconnaissance drones, I don’t understand why the Ukrainian Defense Ministry cannot source enough of them. To launch a combat drone, you must first launch a reconnaissance drone. This is the reality of it. Why the Ministry of Defense doesn’t get this under control – I don't know," she said.
