Ukrainian Armed Forces enter Opytne outside Donetsk - Ukrainian official

"Two days ago, they were engaged in significant activities to the north of the city. During this concentration of their forces, the Ukrainian military executed a swift operation and successfully secured a portion of Opytne. They have managed to establish a foothold in that area, and hostilities are currently ongoing within the settlement itself,” Barabash said.

He also said that 16 massive attacks on the territory of the Avdiivka community took place over the last day, no one was wounded or killed. Moreover, over 200 attacks took place along the frontline. 

• As of September 10, the Ukrainian Defense Forces also advanced in the Melitopol direction. Recently, the Ukrainian Armed Forces managed to liberate another 1.5 square kilometers of territory.
