Ukrainian Armed Forces destroy Russian Solntsepek with its crew

The Russian army has suffered really heavy losses during its offensive in the Avdiivka sector. Thus, the fighters with the 59th Detached Motorized Infantry Brigade destroyed another Russian Solntsepek system - footage of the destruction of the enemy's heavy flamethrower system was posted on social media by volunteer Serhiy Sternenko.

While Ukrainian forces were repelling one of the waves of Russian strikes in the village of Pisky in the Donetsk region, a Russian TOS-1A Solntsepek was destroyed by an accurate strike from an Eskadron-made FPV drone.

A reconnaissance drone spotted a vehicle moving along a road in a populated area, and the operator of the attack drone directed it at the enemy's launcher.

"Apparently, the vehicle was fully loaded with ammunition, resulting in a spectacular powerful explosion and the transport, including its crew, being burnt to ashes. This is at least the third TOS-1A Solntsepek that the occupying Russian forces have lost this month," Defense Express writes.
