Ukraine’s army has made significant progress in Kupyansk-Svatove sector - AFU Company Commander Fedorenko
The company commander of the 92nd Separate Mechanized Brigade, Yuriy Fedorenko, noted that the Ukrainian Armed Forces managed to make significant progress and knock the enemy out of the dominant heights
He made this statement in an interview with the Espreso TV channel.
"On the Kupyansk-Svatove direction, the Defense Forces have made significant progress forward and managed to repel the enemy's attack and secure key positions that provide strategic advantages. Over the past month, significant progress has been made, effectively displacing the enemy from advantageous positions and establishing strongholds crucial for future offensive operations," stated Fedorenko.
According to the platoon commander, the initiative on the battlefield has completely shifted to the side of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
"Of course, in some short sections of the front, the enemy is trying to collect forces and resources to break through our combat formations. However, during such attempts, the enemy suffers significant losses because the artillery of the Armed Forces is working extremely powerfully. The initiative has completely shifted to the side of the Defense Forces. Every day, work continues to advance forward. Some days allow us to advance half a kilometer, while in some instances, we fight for every meter," emphasized Fedorenko.
