Ukraine's Armed Forces can reach enemy anywhere in Crimea - defense intelligence chief
Defense Intelligence Chief Kyrylo Budanov said the Armed Forces of Ukraine are capable of defeating the enemy anywhere in the occupied Crimea
He said this in an interview with Radio Liberty.
"We have the ability to strike any part of the temporarily occupied Crimea as of now. We can reach the enemy at absolutely any point," the Intelligence Chief said.
He recommended that those who have done something stupid should leave the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.
"And those who are waiting should prepare and do everything to help the intelligence agencies, first of all, and then, when the troops go into the open. To support them, and to create favorable conditions. To make it happen as quickly as possible. And as bloodlessly as possible," Budanov explained.
According to him, there are many different options for the de-occupation of Crimea, but "it is impossible without military actions."
- The most recent explosions in the occupied Crimea were heard on the morning of August 23 near the village of Olenivka on Cape Tarkhankut, which resulted in the destruction of the Russian long- and medium-range S-400 Triumph air defense system.
