Yuriy Ihnat told this live on air of the United News national telethon.
"Before the strike, Russian forces look at everything they can: from air and space intelligence to ground intelligence. They even monitor social networks," Yuriy Ignat said.
Spokesman of the Ukrainian Air Force added that the Russian military is considering how to lay the route of a new strike.
"It doesn't matter from where they launch missiles: from Engels region, Volgodonsk or Caspian Sea. What matters is how they fly: through the territory of Belarus, or maybe Moldova."
