The publication also quotes the commander of the British Royal Navy, Admiral Sir Ben Key.
"[The Ukrainians] are demonstrating what can be done through innovative thought processes and a willingness to take risk," he said.
The UK Ministry of Defense has not yet commented on the likelihood of missiles being used.
