Ukraine destroys 20% of Russian Black Sea Fleet in 4 months. Ukrainian top official confirms
The Ukrainian forces’ strike on a Russian warship in occupied Crimea on the night of December 26 proves that "those who believe that the war in Ukraine has reached a dead end are wrong”
UK Defence Secretary Grant Shapps wrote about this on the social network X.
“They haven't noticed that over the past 4 months, 20% of Russia's Black Sea Fleet has been destroyed. Russia's dominance in the Black Sea is now challenged and the new UK and Norway-led Maritime Capability Coalition is helping to ensure Ukraine will win at sea,” he wrote.

In an interview with Voice of America, Ukraine's Security and Defense Council Secretary Oleksiy Danilov confirmed the information about the destruction of 20% of Russia's Black Sea Fleet.
"Of course, we would like to have a much better situation regarding the liberation of our territories. But in parallel with this process, very large and important events took place in the Black Sea," Danilov said.
Instead, the destruction of the large landing ship Novocherkassk in Feodosia shows that the Ukrainian military "has an understanding of the Crimean issue." Danilov emphasized that the temporarily occupied Crimea is extremely important, just like the rest of Ukrainian territory.
