Two lieutenants of Russian army are neutralized in Ukraine — Shtefan

Ukrainian Armed Forces officer Anatoly Shtefan wrote about this in a telegram.

"Lieutenant Artem Bernhardt received epaulets on 30.07 and already on 26.09 he successfully conducted the operation of folding and organized overturning to increase efforts in another direction," he emphasized.

Later, the military officer reported in a telegram about the neutralization of another Russian lieutenant - Nikita Yelishev, who was killed two months after receiving the epaulets.
