The head of the Severodonetsk Military Administration Roman Vlasenko reported this.
According to him, the invading Russian forces burn the bodies of the servicemen who were killed in the Bakhmut sector.
The Russian troops also aim to reduce official losses.
"The motivation of the fighters is decreasing, speaking in military terms," noted Vlasenko.
He emphasized that untrained soldiers often join the ranks of the Russian army and then try to escape from the battlefield.
